This stem is either a saucer champagne or a liquor cocktail. The bowl has the #456 Titania etching.
The #3414 Marriette and the #3411 Monte Cristo have identical stems but slight differences in the shape of the bowls. Both were produced with the Titania etch. The #3414 Marriette is harder to find and may be distinguished from the #3411 as described on p. 234 of Bredehoft, Heisey Glass 1896-1957, Collector Books, 2001: "Monte Cristo bowls are flared, while Marriette's are tapered."
