Fostoria produced "Italian Lace Decoration 514" from 1938-1942 and then changed the name to "Gold Lace Decoration 514" from 1943-1949. Books on Fostoria by Kerr, Long/Seate, & Weatherman all provide basically the same information and agree the design and decoration are the same.
