Gold encrusted brocade etch of dancing nudes on a about 3.75" diameter, 1.25" tall candleholder that was probably part of a dresser set. Signed on the bottom "Devilbiss."
The blank was made by Westmoreland. Devilbiss did not make any glass but bought blanks from other companies or bought decorated ware from other companies and marked them as their own. It is my understanding that Devilbiss had a decorating department.
