Imperial # 721 "Scroll Fluted" Cake Plate w/ Rose Intaglio Decoration

This is a 12" platter with a frosted intaglio rose pattern in the center. Ca. late 1920s - early 1930s. This pattern was dubbed "Scroll Fluted" by Hazel Marie Weatherman.
