There are only six pieces in the Nail pattern, but four pattern numbers! There is an 8 inch and a 10 inch vase and the Bredehofts in their "Heisey Glass, 1896-1957" have the pattern numbers as #449 and #450, respectively, for them in the list of items but the reverse order in the pictures. The order in the text is correct.
