Octagon ribbed plate with a six sided handle, Liberty Works handles in this pattern have a small bump at the top. This may have been to let air out of the mold. Introduced in 1929.
Another octagonal CHS with this handle was made by Liberty Works called Octagon. It lacks the bump at the top of the handle and is very similar to a CHS by Westmoreland. The Westmoreland servers have a larger collar and smaller plate and the collar is more conical and the ring is higher.
Duncan Miller also made a handle that is similar. The Duncan handle is flat on the top while the Liberty cuts are at an angle.
