This is the 4157 Steele Rose Bowl in Moongleam with Heisey's Arctic etch. It is 5.5" and has a Diamond Optic. Made ca. 1925 - 1939. Also found in Crystal, Flamingo, Sahara and Hawthorne. In the fall of 2012, a Steele Rose Bowl with Ruffled Rim with Optic in Opaque Red-to-Gold auctioned for $3200.
