This is Heisey's #5066 Horse Head pattern. The pattern is limited to two items: a cocktail and a sherry. Horse Head is the original Heisey Company name for the pattern. It was made in 1948. The pattern was made to match the #4225 Cobel cocktail shaker with the Horse head stopper and the #4036 Marshall shaker.
