This is Heisey's #5048 Rooster Head cocktail. Rooster Head is the original Heisey Company name for the pattern. It was made for one year, 1947. Made in Crystal and Crystal bowl with Amber stem (shown). The picture shows two shades of Amber, referred to as Honey Amber and Dark Amber. This cocktail was sold with the #4225 Cobel cocktail shaker or the #4036 shaker with the Rooster Head stopper.
