This is pattern #5074 Sea Horse. Sea Horse was an original Heisey Company name. It was made in 1950 in all Crystal and with a Crystal bowl and Amber stem. The Amber stems vary in color--light to dark.
It has a blown bowl and pressed stem. Occasionally you will find the bowl with a wide swirl optic sometimes referred to as Ramshorn optic.
