Lamp is either model G242, or G247, depending on what shade is used. It's shown in Aladdin Electric Lamps, by J.W. Courter (Plain Talk Printing Co., 1987, ISBN 0-9618879-0-7) on page 127 with the Moonsheaf finial. But it also looks great with the Open Throat finial shown above. Both finials were made in 1941.
The shade shown in the catalog is numbered S466 and looks like a flat-topped bell. (Think of a probability curve cut off above the eyebrows?)
