Weatherman's The Decorated Tumbler shows the tumbler as #129R-5 oz Dec.1995 under tumbler and the pitcher as #1555-1/2 38 oz. Both have a single tomato decoration "Dec. 1955." The page is from 1941-1942 Federal catalogs. The difference in capacity is probably the difference between brim full and actual use capacity.
