Unknown Cobalt Goblets
The stems are 4-3/8" tall and 2-3/16" across. They hold 3 oz to lip, but would be 2 oz for general usage.

Goblets are shaped very much like New Martinsville Moondrops goblets (see the goblet on your right) and Viking's Prelude goblets. Note how the cobalt color matches. The design is similar to New Martinsvile's Radiance pattern but the only known stemware in this pattern is a cordial with a straight stem and bowl. A ruby version of this goblet is shown here: http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=3521
