Houze Lamp
This lamp is identified as being Houze, in Don Thompson's Houze CD. Here's what he says about them in general:

"9. Fluorescent Table Lamps
An interesting example of the variations using glass parts and Houze colors is the tall 24? fluorescent lamp called All-Lite. Eureka Tea Company of Chicago marketed these lamps just after the invention of the fluorescent bulb and they were given as premiums for product coupons. They have been seen in clam color with the usual yellow, orange, reds, and in pink, green, and canary yellow. The bases and tops were colored while the middle section housing the neon lamp was opaque white. Some had printed scenes as #320."
