Dish measures 3-1/8" long x 2-3/8" wide x 2" high.

Dessert mold identified in "The Cambridge Glass Co. Cambridge, Ohio 1930-1934" catalog reprints from the National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. Dessert mold is found on page 46.

Several other companies made a very similar dish.

Heisey' made one in their 500 line and called it a frozen dessert dish. The Heisey dish did not have the V shaped panel in the front like the dish above has and the sides were slightly straighter. According to Bredehoft, in "The Collector's Encyclopedia of Heisey Glass 1925-1938" the Heisey frozen dessert is usually not marked, but it did have a small rectangular thumbprint in the bottom.
