The green cup was probably adapted from Fostoria's "Colony" mold (crystal cup). There are a number of differences between the two photos, including color, handle and shape. Wilkerson Glass in Moundsville, West Virginia purchased many old molds including some from Fostoria and has reissued the pieces in sometimes new colors; they always appear with their mark (inset).
