Westmoreland Carnival Handled Compote
Circa 1908-1915 Amethyst Carnival Prisms Two-Handled Bon Bon Compote. No Makers Mark, 4 mold lines. Measures 7" across handles x 4-1/2" across bowl x 2-1/4" tall at bowl rim x 2-5/8" base.

The shape, handles, and pressed pattern of ridges are reminiscent of some non-carnival patterns from the Depression era, e.g., Ridgeleigh, Imperial, etc. Also, the color and pattern don't look like what many people think of as carnival glass.
