It glows brightly under UV light, and looks like it was blown in mold. It has a fire-polished rim and no pontil mark. It's 5" tall and 2-3/4" wide across the flats at the rim.
Floradora is of European manufacture, probably Dutch. The Floradora pattern was sold by Graham & Zenger in 1929. See page 385 of Weatherman's Colored Glassware of the Depression Era 2.
