Sowerby's Service #2266, also called "English Hob and Button" and more familarly, "Chunky" (the latter is what Carnival collectors call it). A two part "Chunky" (2266) epergne is shown on the first row of the Thistlewood Sowerby Gallery http://www.carnivalglassworldwide.com/sowerby-gallery.html The pattern was introduced in c. 1907 and was in Sowerby's line for around 50 years.
