This candy box is 7-1/4" tall with lid, 3-5/8" tall without, and 5-5/8" wide. The pattern reminds me of Fostoria's Sunray with a foot like Wagon Wheel. It was also made in milk glass and clear, without dividers: http://www.chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=3709
Indiana has been suggested as the manufacturer, but to date no documentation has been found.
