Monongah # 20 Bi-Color Jug w/ Optic & #808 Etch
This jug with etch is 9-1/4" height X 5" diameter. It has an amber handle and foot, as well as a panel optic. A closeup of the etch is shown here: http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=20603

The jug is shown on a ca. 1920s Monongah catalog sheet on p. 222 in Zastowney's "Lancaster Glass" book. Also shown are bi-color (amber/crystal) stemware, a sherbet and a plate. This catalog sheet is also shown in color in Dean Six's "West Virginia Glass Between the World Wars" on p. 86. Six's book devotes 10 pages to Monongah with a number of photos. The catalog sheet designates the jug as #20 w/o cover, the stemware as #6102, and the deep plate etching as #808.
