Per Tom Felt: "According to the Bredehoft's update of Vogel's Heisey books, vol. 2 no. 8025 Banded Diamond Foot was named and numbered by the HCA, so has not been found in any catalogs. Without the bands (as yours is), it is considered No. 8037 Fluted Diamond Foot and has been seen in at least three different sizes."
