Cambridge Covered Relish
The bottom of these pieces are identified in "Cambridge Glass 1927-1929" as either #332 - 6 1/2" or #340 - 8". The same bottom is shown with two different lids. The unetched lid is shown on a bowl shaped piece with feet in the same listing. It appears that both lids were made in the same 6 1/2 inch size and were used interchangeably.

The etched container has Cambridge's Majestic etch on it.

Our resident candy container expert, Larry Baker, says that the larger lid fits the candy boxes and 3-footed candies, as well as the relish. He has not seen any documentation showing that the relish was also made with a cover but they do turn up just enough to make you believe it.
