This etch is shown on replacements.com as New Martinsville and has been found on New Martinsville Radiance #42, New Martinsville Fancy Squares #35, and New Martinsville #36. Some collectors call this etch by the name "Floral & Scroll" for its design elements, but to date no name is documented. It remains an Unknown New Martinsville etch, but appears to be the #20 etch referenced in the WVMG Monograph #77, left side of p. 14, on a Fancy Squares item. More research is needed to identify the etch.
