The stem is 7-5/8" tall and 3-3/4" across the top.
This Athena goblet is a nice example of Morgantown's patented encased filament stem design (ebony in this instance). Morgantown used the Carlton etch on several stem lines but I believe this was the first. Gallagher dates the stem to 1931, and HMW2 reproduces an advertisement from that year (p. 284).
