Unknown Cake Stand w/ Unknown Gold Border Etch

Depression era 9-5/8" diameter cake stand with a gold encrusted border etch. It is 2-1/4" tall and has a 4" diameter foot. It was made from a four-part mould. Possibly made by one of the smaller, lesser known glass companies of that time period.
