Shown on a bi-color Potomac goblet with Potomac's patented six-sided stem.
Several glass companies had etchings of the Diana and Cupid (aka Diana and cherub) subject. ale Murschell pictured three versions (p. 110) in his Glass of Cumberland and Lonaconing Maryland. The Lotus Glass Co. etch, called Springtime, shows Diana blowing a trumpet. Maryland Glass Co. had a similar etch, but Diana is reaching downward.
The Potomac version of this subject pictures Diana facing away from the Cupid/cherub figure, with her left arm bent toward her head.
