This Moongleam two-handled plate is 12" (across the flats) with an unknown gold border etch with Greek Key and people and with a ground and polished marie. It is not marked. Heisey Glass 1896-1957, p185 by the Bredehofts shows a patent drawing of the pointed end handle and a photo of the 13" hors d' oeuvres plate with a ground bottom.
