The green CHS has the handle used in 1928 & 1929, based on the ad in HMW2, page 230.
The height is 4 & 1/2", the diameter is 10 & 3/8", the collar is 3", the handle is 2 & 1/2", from one side to the other, and the handle height, from the collar to the top is 4".
