This mayo is pictured on page 190 of Wilson's Westmoreland book and the un-numbered unnamed etched gold border on page 191. Neither are in the Gallery. The mayo is 3-11/16" tall and 6-1/2" in diameter. Apparently, this decoration was used only from 1916 to 1918.
