Liberty Works Octagon CHS with Unknown Silver Decoration
The CHS is definitely Liberty as the measurements are consistent with the other Liberty CHS, 4 & 3/4" height, 10 & 1/4, flat-to-flat, & 11 & 1/4" point-to-point.
The Silver Decoration is unknown, but matches the decoration on this cream and sugar, which, after further review, may have traces of silver also.
