L. E. Smith "Southern Belle" Lamp
The lamp measures 8 1/2" high with a 5 3/8" diameter base. Produces circa the 1930's-1940's, possibly later. Colors are crystal with fired on blue (shown), fired on pink, crystal satin and green satin.

The lamp was reissued in 1980 for Levay Distributing in Crystal Satin and Ivory Agate (probably Almond Nouveau)
