Painted decoration is very close to the painted decoration called Jungle Assortment, a group of decorations shown in a 1927 catalog page from Factory "N" according to The Tiffin Glass Collectors Club publication "U. S. Glass Company Decorated Satin Glass and Lamps of the 1920s"
"Tiffin Glass" by Pina calls it an unidentifed Parrot on page 67.
