Imperial # 699 Washington Vase
This long lived pattern was known by several different names in Imperial literature. It was originally marketed in the 1920s as Prism and Triangle, In the 30s as Mount Vernon and in the 40s as Washington. There is also an indication that this line may have been called Lincoln as well. It was designed by Philip Ebeling, who also designed Fostoria's American.

Here is the design patent for a bowl in the same pattern: http://www.chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=7334
