Covered candy in cobalt (Stiegel Blue). This is one of several items in Empress with dolphin feet, including a tumbler, candlestick and jug.
The Empress line was made 1930-1938 in crystal, flamingo, moongleam and sahara, plus many items in alexandrite and a few in tangerine and cobalt.
The #1509 Queen Anne line is very similar. It consists mostly of Empress items that were reworked with an internal optic, and it was only made in crystal. Empress has no optic.
