This is the #2806 1/2 Candle Bowl, produced from 1938-1941 (and probably later). According to the Glass Candlestick Book, Volume 1 by Felt & Stoer, this was part of a console set with an 11" Bowl. The Candle Bowl is 7" across the widest point.
The pattern was called Plymouth in the publication but they have corrected the name to Pioneer on their website where they publish corrections.
