According to Tim Schmidt in Central Glass Works, The Depression Era:
Central Glass Works was using a logo they adopted from the Rochester Tumbler Company which read "The Old Central Quality" just after 1908 which is found on both foil and paper stickers. Within the next few years Central dropped the word "The" from the logo and it becaame just "Old Central Quality" also found on both foil and paper stickers.
