Gold encrusted etch has not been identified but since Liberty etchings are not cataloged anywhere, it is quite possible that it was done by Liberty.

Egg Harbor is the name given to the pattern by Hazel Marie Weatherman.  Octagon Optic is the official Liberty Works name for the line.
