Hocking # 979 Prismatic or Swirl Rib Footed Bowl
The bowl is 8-1/2" in diameter and 3-1/4" tall. The feet are ribbed. This pattern is found in pink and crystal. Two pieces were made in this pattern according to Gene Florence's "Glass Pattern Book." They are the bowl shown above and a footed plate.

Hazel Marie Weatherman shows two footed bowls and a vase on p. 204 of "Colored Glass of the Depression Era," Book 1. And another possibility is shown here:
