Candlestick is 8 7/8 inches tall with peacock feather type enameled decoration.
Westmoreland probably baked the enamel on the candle and then did the peacock decoration using a cold paint method according to Rick Stoer co-author of "The Candlestick Book, Vols 1,2,and 3"
