Candelabrum is about 5-1/2 inches high. It was made circa 1951 and catalogues show it with a center peg bowl but not the one shown in this photo. Full line number is 453.
This example has a bowl insert which looks like the company's color called Evergreen. The peg on the insert is smooth. Inside the bowl is another shallow bowl in crystal.
