#3078 and #3145 are the same decanters. #3145 was changed to #3078 in the 1934 catalog for an unknown reason. While both decanters appear in the 1930-34 catalog with different numbers, they are the same decanter. This is outlined in a Cambridge Decanter article by Mark Nye Issue No. 153 - January 1986.
