According to Hazel Weatherman (The Decorated Tumbler, page 107) that design is called "Wrought Iron" and was produced in 1956 and 1957. The colors remind me of some 1957 Chevies and Fords.
It has been speculated that the pattern was produced to compliment their Pink Swirl dinnerware pattern.
