According to Bill Walker, this etch is usually found on Paden City's #701 Triumph line.

Inez Austin has seen the etch on a New Martinsville center handle.

Another example of this etch was found on a CHS belonging to Inez Austin that appears to be Imperial Molly but without ribs who's dimensions are 10-3/4 wide x 4-5/8 tall x 2-3/8 wide handle x 3-3/8 collar. Where the base of the handle joins the collar the glass is nipped in on this CHB, and on Molly the glass widens and flows smoothly onto the collar. The tray has a heart shaped handle. The Walkers have not found any documentation to indicate that Paden City made any center handled servers with a heart shaped handle.

This etching was not found in the etching plates that were cleaned and used to print the West Virginia Museum of American Glass Monograph of Paden City Etches. Researchers do think that there are other Paden City etches that were not found in this batch of etching plates. It is being questioned whether this is a Paden City or a decorating company etching.
