Frog is 4 inches across and is shown in the 1924 Catalog. According to Lorraine Kovar on pg. 244 of Westmoreland Glass Volume 3 1888-1944
"Crystal and black have appeared so far, other plain colors are possible." Black is most common and she states that crystal is "slightly scarce and all other colors are very scarce."
