L. E. Smith # 1776 Cream and Sugar
Pattern is similar to Hocking's Miss America. Green color is a little brighter than the avocado green produced in the 1980s.

Tom Felt, author of the book, "L. E. Smith Glass Company, The First Hundred Years" says "This cream and sugar are in L. E. Smith's no. 1776 Diamond pattern. The pattern was first made in crystal and milk glass as no. 1776 Early American from circa 1932-1933, then reissued in milk glass alone from circa 1955-1965. Transparent colors, like the green set seen here, only appeared in a single catalog from 1965."
