8 and 1/8 inch plates are unmarked. The Bredehoft book, "Heisey Glass 1925-1928" says that only part of this line is marked.
The inside base has both the circular shape created by the ground circular foot and the shape of the inside of an octagon created by the shape of the rim.
Liberty, Westmoreland and McKee made a similar plate.
