This is a photo of a 10 inch #45 Cathern spiral optic vase as illustrated on page 170 of the Handbook of Old Morgantown Glass. The vase was also made in a 8" style. This vase has been seen with several different etches and some cuttings. Colors: Crystal, Venetian Green, Anna Rose, 14k Topaz, Azure Blue, India Black. The vase may be found with a combination of two colors and with a crystal foot.
