This vase was identified as Cambridge in
Plate 9 of "Cambridge Ohio Glass In Color" by Welker (1969) i shows this vase in carmen with the etch. It also says that this vase was made in amberina and ruby. The owner of this vase has also seen it in a pink. In the book the center top looks different but the rest is the same. It says "9" high, This vase is an example of the early Cambridge needle etching as opposed to the typical acid etching."
There are several mistakes in the Welker book therefore the identification is still suspect. Some researchers think this vase was made by New Martinsville. The vase has also been found with a different top etch.
