Unknown Footed Tumbler
Tumbler holds 13 ounces to the rim and is 6 1/2 inches tall with a paneled bowl which has a horizontal rippled bowl pattern. The foot shows a with a star burst type block pattern which appears to be identical to the foot on Hocking's Ring pattern. The color is very similar to Lancaster's Jubilee pattern. The previous owner said that she had once had the same tumblers in pink.

The shape of the tumbler looks identical to a Lancaster tumbler shown in Hazel Weatherman's "The Decorated Tumbler" on page 88. The tumblers shown on that page are smaller and the foot is painted so a definite identification cannot be made from this entry. Since Lancaster was a Hocking company, and the Hocking companies all shared the same molds, it is quite likely that this is a Lancaster/Hocking product.
